Some of Europe’s biggest sports leagues, broadcasters and live event operators are urging Brussels to introduce new EU rules to tackle real-time piracy of live content.

ACE and DAZN’s anti-piracy team have shut down Calcio which streamed unlicensed content from its base in Moldova.

The Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE), working closely with the global sports streaming service DAZN, has shut down the live sports piracy site Watchwrestling.ai and its associated domains, which were being operated out of India.
